Wouldn't be surprised if Julie did work there. There were rumors earlier of Rebecca from AL working a Chinese only spot in Flushing. God knows they're hard enough to find on Flushing Incall as an ABC with mediocre Chinese reading skills. So far I've only found one Manhattan pro working a Chinese only spot (and that was Rachel).
