Risk zero doesn't exist, but as the recipient, it's very, very, very low. But not zero. If you have some kind of tiny open wound (hemorrhoids, cut from receiving anal sex, etc.) and the performer has, say, bleeding gums or sores, there would be a possibility of one bloodstream entering the other. That being said, the probability is roughly the same with DFK. Say you just brushed your teeth or flossed a bit too hard, and DFK a provider who did the same. Or any girl to that effect.
Skilled providers don't brush gums during the day but use mouthwash for that very reason. To protect themselves, but you as well.
Same providers might show you chlamydia and gonorrhea test results in all 3 holes and HPV vaccination records. If they're also PrEP'd, then become good friends with them.
