Everybody who saw her felt that, and in the end had the OP's experience. We all wish we could get 3 Michelin stars food at Olive Garden's prices, but not how the world works. A senior partner at a big law firm pretty much has the same rates as Anna Tang, both of them fuck you, but her way is better.

For sure, not saying that as a dig on her rates, more power to her.

Just can't justify spending 2 days pay is all on an hour is all (mentally, I'd have to make enough so that dropping 1k in an hour feels like dropping 300-360 right now), its like the cost of economy airfare across entire oceans. Maybe once I get a few more promotions or win the Powerball lol. Wish I got to experience at those NYAF rates just once and leave it at that.

Risk is all relative and arguably every gal in this business is "Risky" and is probably more likely to give us something than a standard civilian. This of course is a generalization and I believe it is well accepted that SB's and bar gals may actually carry a higher risk on average.

But back to Anna Tang - I don't want to speak for OP, but below are some of the things I think he believes are "risky"
1. BBFS with testing - many things are not tested for and also many things take time to show up in a test. Her or a monger showing a two week old test means nothing as they could have been with 50 guys or gals in the interim.
2. Deep rimming - many mongs don't consider this to be risky but it is. It paves the way for bacterial and stomach infections for both parties, many of which are scarier than any std.
3. Greece - Taking trips here is known to be a riskier activity for a lot of things and it seems to be her specialty and preference. Many times she doesn't use lube. Many mongers bat on both sides of the plate, so I think it goes without saying that this would put her in a higher risk category. There is also one pic of her on Fetlife which shows her doing greek in reverse cowgirl with blood around her genitals.

Risk zero doesn't exist, but as the recipient, it's very, very, very low. But not zero. If you have some kind of tiny open wound (hemorrhoids, cut from receiving anal sex, etc.) and the performer has, say, bleeding gums or sores, there would be a possibility of one bloodstream entering the other. That being said, the probability is roughly the same with DFK. Say you just brushed your teeth or flossed a bit too hard, and DFK a provider who did the same. Or any girl to that effect.

Skilled providers don't brush gums during the day but use mouthwash for that very reason. To protect themselves, but you as well.
Same providers might show you chlamydia and gonorrhea test results in all 3 holes and HPV vaccination records. If they're also PrEP'd, then become good friends with them.
