Too bad about the schedule snafu. If you'd snatched up Yoyo for the first hour and taken Angela the second, perhaps a better experience overall for you? Out of curiosity, what time were you there today? They are usually very good about honoring appointments and especially looking after regulars.

Yeah it would’ve been a better overall experience if I chose Yoyo first. I’m still kicking myself for this because she was ready for the 1 hour when I arrived. I trusted this spa way too much in how they do scheduling so I thought they’ll for sure give me the hour with Yoyo afterwards but I was very wrong.

My scheduled appointment was at 1pm and I arrived there on time. When I got inside, Amy asked me why I didn’t make an appointment and I showed her the messages I sent to Lily on WeChat to prove to her that I do have an appointment. Then the whole debacle happened. I’ll know better next time than to put all my faith in their scheduling.

On Yoyo’s last day, I tried to inquire about seeing Amy that day instead and mms told me she’s on her time of the month so she’s off duty for a couple days. Definitely check up on this and good luck.
