Blocking the box, or gridlocking, occurs when you enter an intersection (called a “box” in traffic terms) knowing that the intersection is highly congested and you may not be able to clear it before the traffic light turns red.
The violation code (VC) for a block-the-box fine is VC 9, which is part of the parking violation code list. The fine for a spillback violation is $115 and possible additional surcharges and court fees, if written as a parking violation or $138 and 2 points if written as a moving violation.
I rarely see this enforced by NYPD.

I was going to write a post but after reading doodman and the others, I don't really have anything to add. She is VERY ticklish, or so she says, and she will do light prostrate if encouraged. She is very sweet, has a nice looking ass, and just has a very sweet personality. I was $100 all in. Oh, we had about 10 mins at the end and she gave an EXCELLENT foot massage. Worth the price of admission.
