when I've walked past (multiple times in a day & several times a week) its always been the same woman outside who I'd guess is in her 50's not her 20's. I see her outside so consistently I almost assume her job is only to stand outside.

Based on the op’s description of the spa, it is probably Lemonfoot across from Chase. However, his description of the providers methodology gives cause go to suspect it might be HYX on 39th. Pondering the smattering of clues dropped in the review I’d bet it was Lemonfoot.
