Thx for the update. I inquired then slammed the brakes when she got to the $$$$$. I’m glad you enjoyed your time and recommend her. At that price point I’d prefer full GFE at a min.

Yea, honestly, I think after I put out the first inquiry on the Board she got a lot more views and maybe saw an uptick in business too. Her agent took it as a good sign and decided to see what the market would bear. At the initial price point it was a no brainer. Sorry you missed out on that!

Guys plunking down five bens going forward only helps attract more high end providers. It also drives up the business for the local high quality providers at a fraction of the cost. All good! But I for one would feel less good about that premium for less than GFE.
