Damn, that sounds disappointing, almost a real-time Bait & Switch. Not something I have experienced here, or heard of others encountering there, but good to know. FWIW, Flora is definitely worth a visit, so I think your goal was a good one.
But about the situation you found yourself in, I've definitely been there, although not at AD. It's annoying showing up, thinking I had asked whether someone is busy....thinking they were not....and then they are. How much time passed between your call asking if Flora was available "now," and your arrival? At the Manhattan GFE spas like AD, MAGFE, NYAW, I've found that the best way to make sure me and the MMS are understanding each other is to name the time I want to come and the girl I want to see, and then repeat it to make sure.

But i never been B&S'ed here nor when it was PH before AD so i can't really comprehend how one might feel, i can only imagine it being very frustrating. Especially for people who plan their sessions early instead of just texting the MMS at the spur of the moment to see who's available. I would definitely be pissed. It's not right at all. Definitely tell them this.
But again, it's good you're gonna give them another shot and see the one you really wanted to see.

Bait and switch ? I am very new to all this - you mean you were supposed to get one girl and you got another ? That doesn’t sound too good . I went on a few online dates last summer same thing - show a photo that isn’t them - bait and switch I like that - I must sound like I fell off the farm . I’m learning .

Taking advantage of the customer. This isn't a term specific to mongering, happens all the time... Special deal on that new LG washer/dryer with fantastic reviews you get there and they only have Haier models that are unreviewed. This is the proprietor switching things up on you.

That's not someone trying to sell you an inferior product, it's just straight up lying about their appearance. When this happened to you, you got "catfished". Different scenario compared to bait and switch.
