My family moved to flushing around world war 1, My great grandparents, my grandparents, my parents and I have seen the area undergo massive changes over the generations. I personally grow up on cherry ave, directly across the street from the complex in question.
Is it a worse neighborhood now than it was when I grew up.... I mean YES, but that has nothing to do with Spa's that operate behind closed doors, it has to do with a mass influx of people. If I'm being polite I would say the area is over populated. It's dirty, smelly and crowded, that's the problem.
