1- Sue had surgery , and from the way she made it sound to me she was retiring
2- sunny took over managing , but her looks and limitations have not led to myself and many others repeating as a customer , 3- the help she did get for a while, who were all very skilled & attractive milfs, Hana , Sara, and Young, all quickly moved on. Between 2&3, Sunny probably is having a hard time paying the rent

It took me many times/days of calling to actually reach a person. Eventually someone texted me saying they were open. I believe it's basically a one woman shop so it's conceivable that they're busy but not too explainable that they would be so lax with communication.
