I’ve almost gone to this place a couple times but because of parking (the one way street puzzle in the area) and other factors, I’ve ended up going elsewhere like ADH or on race back in the day and before CV19. Is the entrance to 9 vip through the door under the bay window?

Pretty easy to navigate the area. Simple parking. Entrance is at the corner of building.
