I was a little thrown by the name but I wasn’t the same Nana. This one was more petite. I’m also a fan of the og Nana though

Not really; its an optical illusion. she is so small (actually scrawny at about 90 lbs.) that they look bigger than they are. The fact that she has a small frame does not make them larger. if you saw them on an average size woman you would say B's.
