I think it's probably just a case of YMMV. I don't think there is any question of her looks, it's just that maybe she was having an off day for the mediocre reviewer. In terms of age, it's just hard to pinpoint that exactly on a Korean girl. She's probably in her early 30's if some people are saying 20's.
