I loved the way she would dress outside of the parlors. Always business like with dress pants and light business trench style jackets (named brand of course). Looking like she could own a store on fifth ave. I told her many times how classy she was. She would just kind of get sad and say "im glad you see me like that" but she knew her reality was much different. I tried to get her a mamasan job at a place in East Windsor about 7 years ago but she didnt want to go that route.
9 years and counting she is still going strong and still looking good. Once I had a day planned for MiMi and one of her roommates/co-workers to arrive at the PJ trainstation at 11:00am for an all day adventure hotel visit. Ill never forget that day because the other girl (who i was super crazy about) was running late and messed up the whole schedule. I was texting with Mimi and bitching at her. She just politely said "honey, im at the subway station (Queens) waiting for her. Im ready to come see you. Im always on time and ready for you."
I stopped and thought about that. That is exactly who she always was/is. Top shelf. Reliable and sweet as heck.
As much as i wanted the other girl that day. I told MiMi to come without her and she did. The other girl did arrive 3 hours later and i had to make a separate trip back to get her at the train station but the point is MiMi has been and apparently still is the BEST!
