I don’t know how old you are but if you don’t exercise and get fit at the end that blue pill will not work any longer.. it’s like other medication the doctor will not tell you this but any medication they will stop at one point thank God i don’t need ant medication yet!!

Mid 40's and pretty good shape. Doc says it's mostly mental,I'm going through some shit which is why I've been frequenting this spot more lately. Keep my mind off things

Yes stress will do that for sure just relax and don’t think of anything try to do some DFK that usually works
