Definitely hit or miss with this place. I had a effedUp experience once. I have been going to places like this for over 20 years now, I also happen to wear hearing aids (since I was an infant). I went and saw some girl in her 20's and she seems to freak out at my HA and ask me to take them off! She literally told me to put them on the table as if they were some sort of spying device hooked up to the police van outside the building. At first I didn't mind, but she was so cold and stiff and not into it so when I went to put them back on and she didn't like that, I literally walked out an got my money back. I realize this is a fluke and would most likely never happen to any one ever again. I still recommend this place and have gone back since with no issues.
