My recommendation is always based upon my overall experience. As a customer, I should have a great experience, with the provider and how I am treated by the establishment. The way the spa treats me and the way it is managed is always a component of my recommendation. There is a correct way to run a business, and an incorrect way. Although spa management is weighted lower than other components of the experience, in my case, the treatment received was so bad, it was able to provide that recommendation. Most times bad management I can overlook and it does not change my ratings. I have not returned to the place since. Despite who is working there. I left bothered that day, could never have recommended anyone to go there.
