This spot is destined to close if the owner doesn't change it's service.

She also owns 13 Eldridge.

Both shops were going downhill fast until Lisa moved into 13E.

Now it's just 18E that's losing money.

Every successful shop has their nuche. 18 Eldridge hasn't figured out what their niche is nor how to compete with the other stores in C-town.

This is only my opinion, but the staff is below average, the house fee is too damn high and the massage is mediocre.

They should either hire girls who offer more mileage, girls who offer better massage or lower their price. Ideally some combination of all 3 in order to compete.

For a example, 40 E. Bway and 67 Eldridge you can get a pretty ok massage and everything Extras for $140.

At the store or Grand Street with Helen and Coco you can get a fantastic massage with a really great ending for $100.

And at 29 Eldridge you can get an Amazing legit massage with Sauna Steam Room for $80.

So why would anyone go to 18 Eldridge for low quality girls with low quality skills at an inflated price?
