Any of you guys work from home 100%? I read you're saving $50 a day. That means you can hit one amp or rmp per week and not eat into your salary. Lucky bastards.
Yep. No more parking pass. Save a ton on gas, car maintenance, buying lunch everyday and dry cleaning.
The downside is the SO is also home. Getting out is not easy. Where are you going? How come you took so long? Can I come?

WFH since March 2020, but the SO wfh also, so its hard to get out during the week. I run errands on weekends (costco, home depot, etc) and always ask SO if she wants to come. Sometimes I even say "I am going to squeeze a massage in between". She also asks me if I want to come with her when she goes to Target, Walmart, etc, and I usually say no, I am going to where I said. Lots of time to monger that way. The only thing that WFH has helped with is jerking off during the day (we work in different parts of the house on different floors and I can be quiet with my internet porn) and the occasional "want to do a quickie" in between meetings.

I agree with WFH is hard to get out. Always a lot of questions where are you going etc. You can only go to home depot when working on projects and If I stay longer than an hr there is always a call ...Where are you?
So what else you guys say?
If I get that call? Costco, or Target. You need anything. TBH, like I said, sometimes I just say "going to try to fit in a massage somewhere along the way".

doesn't happen alot. We are not 25 or 30 again, and I get "i'm too stressed or I didn't shower this morning" excuses alot. Hence why we monger. If we were 30 at WFH all the time sex would be daily, multiple times a day. Now we barely talk to each other during the day. LOL

Decided to go to office 5 days a week long ago. WFH is no good for me.

The flexibility is not real unless you are a slacker which is what I see most people are when they WFH.

And being in office 5 days a week means time and opportunity to see pussies

I am still wondering about this...a few of my neighbors WFH and they're the biggest slackers on earth. They play tennis at 10:30, go jogging, whatever. But I know of another WFH guy, not a neighbor, who is about jump off the nearest bridge from all the stress. Any WFH guys care to share your experience?

total stress. I don't stop working. I don't go to the cafeteria with work friends, or take walks, or go out to lunch with them. I work work work, longer hours, and since my machine connects easily I can "check my email" at 9pm and then work another 3-4 hours. When I was in the office when my day ended my day ended. They got 6 good hours of work from me over 8 something hours. Now they get work work work from me all the time. That being said, I do have more flexibility and can do things around the house, and not have to shower or get dressed, and I have gone for a massage in the middle of the day when I would go for a "drs appt", and I use less gas, etc, etc, etc.

This is the worst situation because you are not disconnecting.

Don't forget if you are home and with SO, the "chores" becomes a required duty middle of the day at times. Sudden you are asked to go take care of something just because you are home. They forget you are WORKING.

You have to set boundaries and simply disconnect at the time when day is over.

If you are checking mail on your own and no one is looking for you then you're doing this to yourself.

You simply have to not give a fuck and live your life.

Totally agree. I just have a big team that reports to me and never ever have enough time to get things done. Its just the way it is. But WFH is a pita sometimes and good. I can get laundry done during the day and not have to do it at night. It is a pita at times, especially when my SO decides she wants to work on a "project" that sucks me in when I don't have the time to help her, or don't want to at that moment. But we manage. Good thing we work on different floors of the house, so we don't really interact that much during the day.
