If you have kept in touch with a few providers then just ask them for a reference.
Two years ago, a provider in NYC told the owner of EPM to accept me. So I booked an appointment without giving any ID. I had dinner with the owner of EPM in early April and I’m sure she can contact any other amp on my behalf.
Then one provider at EPM told the owner of Dream Asian to let me in.
So if you have kept in touch with the girls and you have a nice relationship then ask her to contact that amp or agency on your behalf. It’s much easier than filling out their online application which they do not check everyday.

Are you lazy or just painfully shy. All you gotta do is ask for a reference for XYZ agency, it doesn't even have to be a provider, it can be the spa manager. It helps if the spa/provider and agency speak the same native tongue. Unless you are cheap, smelly or don't treat them well they will likely have no issue. Besides, worst they can say is no.
Your level of 'want to' sounds quite low. The reason these places screen clients is for everyone's safety, some of the stories providers have told me make me wish they would screen more thoroughly. But I can help by telling you unless you're a celebrity or politician, no one gives a shit about your personal information.
