Just wonder if as a regular Joe, you had a disagreement with the lady for money/anything after you released, the lady called the police and said you raped her, how could you clean yourself up? your specimen really is on her hand/body. Sounds scary...

I have a friend that owns a company that trains doctors on how to do the examinations with live models/instructors. There are some violent signs in the most brutal of cases (v-wall tearing, defensive scratching, etc.) However, the specimen collection procedures are the same whether sex is consensual or not.

The doctor looks for tell-tale signs of psychological trauma to see whether the woman believes she was raped or not. The police make the woman tell the story backwards and forward several times (common interrogation tactic) to see if the story holds.

Unfortunately, it can be a matter of perception whether the guy believes it was consensual or not, especially when alcohol is involved. Sometimes the woman starts off saying yes, and then withdraws consent and it turns into a rape. Other times, like this idiot that walked down NYC streets filled with cameras, committed a robbery, then used her body as an object, that's rape. He's going to be caught, he will go to jail and I hope he rots there.

If you are a regular Joe, don't sleep with drunk women. And if you hear "wait" or "stop" even once, jump off and don't chance your life.

It is a rigorous process. Typically from what I have seen, White American Women are the main ones who are willing to endure this gauntlet of examinations, interrogations all to falsely accuse a Man and potentially recant later on. But the problem with #MeTOO these days is you can actually never meet a Man in your life yet somehow he raped you. This is why I don't want to become famous or in the media. Any Woman can see me on a major news network (i.e. - "Welcome to the show Joe Negro, self made millionaire") and an opportunistic broke girl can say HEY I MET JOE NEGRO IN 2012 AND HE RAPED ME.... Remember the Kavanaugh trials????

A Chinese girl is not going to do this unless the guy is savagely abusing her and she can't take it anymore and feels she has nothing to lose. She won't go to the police over a drunken mistaken hookup. She will just block that out of her mind and move on. They don't like to be in the media and being known as "The Woman who was raped". There isn't a "Woe is me" victim mentality in China because it makes her seem weak. I was hoping to not get too involved with this part of the discussion, because it does give away what it takes to fake a rape claim. She can simulate the physical injuries of a violent rape. If she has acting skills, she can also do a decent job of the psychological. However, if the event was recent, it's very difficult to fake the physiological aspects. Trauma induces a shitload of adrenaline into the body and causes the body to react in a certain way that is near impossible to fake. And while she could imitate that with an adrenaline shot, it's very difficult when you combine it with the psychological aspect, and the police questioning.

So back to the original question: she can claim rape, but it's a lot harder to prove it happened. And in the case of the accusation happening after the event, then it gets to be your words vs theirs, and unless there's conclusive proof, it rarely elevates to criminal charges.

Mostly correct. But the biggest part is the shame/lose of face. And if she is known to be a rape victim, she's also "damaged goods", which no one would want as a partner. The reason for that is rooted in religion and superstition, where her rape must be the result of some bad karma attached to her.

Bad things tend to happen in high-volume / low-cost shops that cater to QVs. That's part of why some places charge and eliminate the HH option. They want to keep low-life's out. This spa is easy to get to (bus right there, train a couple blocks away), and was a 24 hr shop. It doesn't excuse what happened at all, but living 3 blocks away, he definitely knew what was going on there and targeted the place.

I'm glad he got caught. I just hope the victim goes forward with the prosecution proceedings and stays in the US long enough for the trial. They will try to slander her in court and it will be a tough road. Another reason why so many rapes don't get reported.

Agreed 100%. And he was dumb enough to commit two crimes at the same location. He could have taken the $100 and got FS somewhere else and stayed a free man. Instead, he raped the girl in front of him and walked past one of the 9,000 cameras in the city. That place is down the block from a hospital. Even if the AMP worker doesn't follow through with the rape charge, they can still prosecute him for Armed Robbery and Assault, where there isn't any Asian cultural stigma attached.

Nearly all (reported) AMP rapes are from legit or YMMV HJ only. The FS providers are not going to LE. I don't want to think the worst but let's say 1 place has like 5 rapes in one year. Guess what LE is going to investigate further and have suspicions this place is not legit.

A legit provider will cooperate and provide all details required to detectives. An FS provider is not going to do that.

But there is zero motivation for these Women to engage in false accusations. The culture is different. Being raped is shameful in Chinese culture and automatically assumed that the Woman is partly to blame.

The FS and non FS places are both usually running things with or with out necessary licenses. That's why so many places get in trouble, regardless of what they offer. Even if it's a non FS place it's still set up the same way most of the times. The guy can make the same claim regardless. "She offered me" that's all he has but realistically PD won't care to move on his claims because it's not worth the effort. It's usually when the public around these places starts to make noise that PD actually moves in to bust.

And they likely will to get the easy conviction. They reach for the high end but settle for anything on the way down the chain of potential charges. Especially if they have the knife and the lady can point it out, then they can reach pretty high on that list and get something to stick.

Either way seems like he had VERY RECENT priors one of which for the same crime (Rob n steal) so Signiore Luciano the CROOK will likely be INCARCERATED very soon

On just this incident, Violent Felony Rape is not something judges would consider for Release on Own Recognizance. Especially if he does have recent priors. He would then be considered a high risk for recidivism, and would be lucky if he got bail at all.
