Hey guys. I will be free in the afternoons and early evenings. Looking for 1/2 to full. I’d have to Uber for incall. So I guess primarily I’m looking for outcall

For reliable service and no upsell - KAgencies. On time to your room or use their ride service to the girls incall. The only problem would be availability of the girl you want, but they hardly ever match the pictures anyway. Personally, I've never had an issue with looks or service.

AMPS are out of the question if no ride, plus AMPs are going to be on the radar during Superbowl. Or try an Indie. Try = YMMV, may or may not be on time, probably look like her pictures, but add 10-15 lbs and 5-10 years to photos vs IRL and hope whatever reviews you find are close to IRL.
