Question on Triple A and an Observation or beef

I was curious that the last Saturday's I wanted to visit Triple A (upper level) in Oakland but each time I went no one answered the door or the phone. I know they are closed on
Sundays but their site shows they are open on Saturdays. I understand they could be busy but still, at least leave a note on the door.

What I find annoying is when you are at an amp and there are only 2 girls or sometimes only 1, and in the middle of a session the doorbell rings or the phone and they are you in all your glory waiting for her to come back or get off the phone, it sucks. I also find that if there are only 2 girls with no one to answer the door/phone they tend to rush you out the door so your 60 min ends up being 40 or even less so they can get to the next person. Its even worse if there is only 1 girl.

Why not have that extra person to open the door and answer the phone. I know it may cost more but in the long run they will make more money by not losing business (like myself) when you knock on a door and no one comes or when they do they tell you to come back a certain time.

I called Triple A yesterday and asked who was working. I get an answer back "Who are you looking for"? I said so and so. They asked what time are you coming. I said 1:30, they said OK. That place reached "dump" status a long time ago. I have not visited the place on the lower level yet.

Yes. I agree she is not nice. They jerk their customers around. At least Triple A has Tina when all else fails.
