I used to think that if I landed a good looking girl that gave good $ex , I could be rid of this bad habit forever. But I’ve realized, I want it even more.

I do not have a beautiful wife/SO/GF (or anything else), but if I did I do not believe I would even think of mongering.

I realize I am in the minority here but overly noisy/talkative sex is a real turnoff for me.
A little light moaning/whimpering is OK, but the full on, loud, "oh yeah baby! fuck me daddy!" annoys the living hell out of me.
I used to "inadvertently" put my shoulder over one of my past regular's mouth just to muffle that crap.
Another regular from the even more distant past was a model who escorted part time. She was a legit 10. And as beautiful as she was, her talking during sex, and giving me directions on "what she wanted" really used to bug me and turn me off.
They're hookers. No matter how upscale they may be. And it's fake.

I'd suggest to do what you can to keep it off your mind. I'm a big believer of out of sight, out of mind. Don't come to these forums, don't keep tabs on current talent. If you get into the mood and your mind starts wandering to the thought that you can just go out and get some, just rub one out and post nut clarity will clear that up pretty quickly. Keep yourself busy, get into some hobbies, spend time with the wife, etc. Over time you'll find that hobbying comes to mind less and less. Mongering really is like an addiction and a lot of the same strategies work.
