Provider coming to home - your thoughts - I know the pitfalls but hear me out

ok, so fate seems to be smiling at me. An UTR provider I am in touch with only comes to homes. However, she has not asked for verification, screening, ID , deposit or mentioned a driver, or anything else I consider a red flag. Text conversations are coherent and no explicit or suggestive language. I am in a transition phase in my living situation. I truly have nothing of value in the place, and will store my wallet securely if in fact I decide to go through with this. But would like your feedback. I am smart enough to know that I don’t know it all.

I don't know bro...unless you're living in a hotel, even a temporary residence can lead to being tracked at your permanent one later. There's a reason guys like to go *to* the parlor. Just my two cents.

There's no hard and fast rules. It's purely a judgement call. You're inviting a person into your home to engage in a minor crime together. Only you can weigh those circumstances and determine if it's worth the risks. The more cautious a monger you are, the less risk you're gonna put yourself in. The freewheelers will tell you to go for it.

If I were were in that same situation (not living with anyone in a new spot), I'd roll those dice and have her over. My actual circumstances would forbid it.

I’ve done it and had near GFE experiences. But admittedly not had an in call in a while. Totally understand the chances one can take. And said no, to a few who wanted to bring a female friend for protection… that’s a red flag if ever. Please don’t ask who because I won’t respond

I live alone so I had several amp providers come to my home. The worst case was when one girl showed up unannounced at 2am and another member from this site showed up with two amp providers at 1am and they woke me up and brought beer and snacks. Geez at least give me a heads up. lol.
