Outcalls unfortunately mostly waste your time. Most girls don't pick up the phone. I've tried the Latina delivery once or twice. The colombian one is so-so. At least incall you can walk easily. Outcall they may threaten to make a stink and cause drama if you don't pay them for gas for driving over if you don't like the girl. I've been lucky enough to like the girl every time enough to let her stay (I guess they know to pick good enough girls not to waste guys time) but what happens if you don't?
Lol yes I think you're right. When I was 24 just started I tried an outcall they sent some unattractive girl. I told them no had to give him $20. Told thr guy to stop whining and just leave he got upset. But left. Next time I also tried and again washed up. Then tried again another place another dud. But 15 mins later the younger prettier girl showed up whew. After that all 3 or 4 times different place but mainly 2 spots all were good times. You have to pick the right agency. Typically more though.
Yeah that's what annoys me the most. Too time consuming. There's no way they are making any money because they rarely pick up the phone or communicate. Most guys will not be persistent as us and just give up. The industry has contracted for sure. A recession may put more pressure for them to get their act together.
I have done outcall all over the country, and prefer it. But I would never do an agency outcall unless I knew them well. Typically an indy I have screened well.
In the NYC area TER used to have some good options, but they are gone. Get onto P411 as soon as you can, but you will need two references from women.
ECCIE has some good ones, but NYC area isn't their best coverage.
Hopefully some on here will give you some links to places that cover NYC better.
One other thing: depending upon time available to you, and your mobility, you can often go to Toronto or Montreal when airfare is cheap, see a couple ladies there, get your P411 references--all for not much more than a good NYC outcall.

P411 is risky unless you are independently wealthy based on multiple investments behind the scenes.
If you have a high powered career that requires "good moral character " then I'd advise not signing up for screening services that require your government information.
