Do I need to take a monthly subscription now even after I post reviews? I paid once already, posted reviews to the places I went getting inspired by the reviews; but doesnt make sense to pay every month? What am I missing in here?

You have a review balance

Reviews Balance106 days

You should have private access for another 106 days. That number will increase whenever you post a review that is accepted.

As long as you post an accepted review every month you shouldn't need to ever pay again.

At least I think that's how it works.

You should have Private Access based on the reviews being accepted. You can tell they were accepted because it shows 2 reviews under your name.

However I can tell you don’t have private access because it says “Registered Member” instead of “Review Contributor”.

I would message the mods or place a support request. There is an issue with your account. Be polite and make sure they know you’re not complaining about a review not being accepted. (They hate when people ask about that, however that is not what is happening in your case.)

I have a similar issue and messaged an Admin staffer and got the following:

“You have 306 days of review balance, so you should be able to access private details in reviews. The title is based on the number of reviews you have submitted i.e. Review Contributor I believe. We have no control over private detail access.”

Something similar happened to me 2 years ago. Had to get the mods and Top Jimmy involved to get it straightened out. Took a few days. As I recall, regardless of the number of access days your profile shows, your status needs to be upgraded from Registered Member to Review Contributor in order to view Private Details. Question directed to those of you with problems, are your access days a combination of purchased Private Access and credit earned for accepted reviews?

Each accepted review earns 45 days of private access. Looks like your last accepted review was back in April. Apparently your June review doesn’t count, as you reviewed the same provider within 90 days. Do the math.
That maybe true but I’ve only had private access when I paid for it. Yes it nice but I rather save and use the money on the hobby.

I guess the bottom line is that you won’t be able to view Private Details until your status is changed from Registered Member to Review Contributor.

Ah, I didn't realize the same provider with different experiences was an issue. Review was accepted/approved so I thought that meant credit.

Mine were a combination but the purchased access has expired and i still have quite a few days of earned credit from reviews. But no access

Actually i submitted a review yesterday after my paid access expired and today i have private access and my status is changed to contributor. That might be the solution, an accepted review after purchased access is expired
