Popular places/busy providers rarely get reviewed?

I always wondered, why some of the busiest places and providers rarely get reviewed?

Two possibilities:
- people making those places busy may not be on the forum or lazy/greedy enough to share their experience
- those places requested not to write a review

Also there are already reviews so people decide they don't want to repeat a review as they may have had a very similar experience.

There're a lot of places below the average in service wise. So we are welcoming any TOFTT.
