She looks legit, 1st thing I do is see how many Lilia's are on Eros, She is the only one. Being in Philly makes Her more legit.
I've heard of stings in KOP and Plymouth Meeting but not in the city.

I recognize it as well, couldn't tell you which one now but it is in Philly. Also people may not always be at liberty to say how they know, eg there are databases a surprising number of people have access to which identify hotels based on photos of the rooms. Not sure of any public ones, but they're crowdsourced, under the auspices of "fighting human trafficking". Usually you can throw "child" into that claim.

Second she doesn’t appear to be independent so she is part of an agency and I’m not familiar with any local agency since it has a 267 area code. She may be real but I highly doubt you will see the same girl pictured or the service will suck at a price point of 400 and up.

The funny thing on the 2nd site is that the girl is obviously hispanic or exotic but claims to have blue eyes although none of the pics show that. Cmon guys there are so many fakes.

Need more proof. Check out these ads with the number of women with 267 or 215 numbers. 99% of them say the same thing.

I always search for reviews on Ter or I use a reputable agency. No reasonable n to risk it. If you Google the number and very little comes up like only models-world move on. For your ur homework before you call. The real providers will be reviewed.
