That is a secret only the dead Presidents know for sure. For the most part it is a HJ place in the LapDance rooms. If you notice the large wet wipe containers in there along with the sticky floors you kind of get the idea. It isn't a fancy place, kind of a cheap sleazy vibe happening. It knows what it is and it isn't. I would recommend saving up your singles, and checking this place out. Notice the gals that are getting the most Couch Dances. The guy in the back will count off the # of CD's you're getting. You'll hear Andrea 4. 4 x $30 = $120. I have heard up a count of up to 10 and 20 with certain gals.
For a newbie, I would suggest Wait until you see a full rotation of every gal dance, at least once. Each will most likely walk around to meet and greet you. Give them a few bucks and engage in a conservation. You'll notice the aggressive ones who will feel you up as they talk to you. Try the ones that tickle your fancy. Every guy likes different things.
Then pick a gal or 2 you want to try for a CD. $30/5 minutes. Some of the hotter ones will try to up sell you in the back room. You can always go in with a list of recommended gals from the other massive PH thread. For example, the hot Asian gal Mercedes, who is really a total smoke show, will yap quite a bit and will want to up sell her CD's, it is up to you. Other more reliable gals will have you cock out, with her stroking you using her personal Astrogel within 2 mins of the song starting for the base rate while your hands are all over her top and crack down below. Of course most of those gals aren't going to be anywhere as hot as Mercedes.
Rumors of other songs being offered like Billy Joel (BJ) and Frank Sinatra (FS) being offered are kind only rumors but if there is smoke there is usually fire. The gal's hotness and age usually will dictate the offerings. If she is older and not as hot anymore the possibilities seems to increase those doors being able to get opened. Also rumors of take out (outcall) are also available. I have ever stuck with the CD HJ's.
A guy with a solid "game" might do well here. I find I rather stick to the AMP's for a sure thing with FS and getting serviced properly with out playing the go-go gal games. Go-go gals are always extremely flaky and unreliable. Most have issues and problems they want to drag you into and most of the time aren't worth dealing with the insanity. You know, the 4 am drunk calls about their lost cat that is hiding in their closet.
I find the PH to be fun only because of the Brazilian gals and other imports. I find them to be a lot of fun. It is a great change of pace from the AMP's. I like to check it out about once every 8-12 weeks when I am up that way. The Afternoon is usually best.

What PhillyJimi says is accurate..including the more enhanced extras that are (rarely) available for an extra fee. I've had both experiences he describes over the years a handful of times. No rhyme or reason - maybe the girls had to make rent... 
That is why it is usually best to go (if you can) when it isn't busy. It is easier to extend the session without up charges, if you know there is only 5 guys in the place. They understand the economics of have a "blue light" special (wow I am aging myself there) for the next few dances rather than sitting at the bar alone making nothing. Also be aware the top gals aren't going to sit there making nothing during the extreme dead times, even if they are on the schedule.
On the other hand, pun intended, if a whale swims in and even if she told you she'll do a CD with you. I have had them walk right past me to quickly go after that 10 CD and big tipper guy that just walked in. Sometimes it is a race to him and have seen a near cat fight with the girls over that guy. I have also seen guys walk in, the gal meet them at the door, they go back for a CD and the guy leaves out to his car directly from the CD room.
