I’ve done some “research” in Cancun and the conclusion is that the aren’t much offerings for visitors. Best route would be bring an escort with you (expensive and risky) or find another horny tourist girl. You can find some massage parlors and brothels in Cancun Centro (downtown) where locals go.. not sure how it would work out for tourists, especially if you don’t speak Spanish. Also you’d be seen as a walking moneybag!
