I've tried sildenafil and Levitra and both leave me feeling sore as hell. It's worth it once and a while but in my experience the more sustainable thing was to deal with the underlying issues causing the problems which for me was poor cardiovascular fitness and life stress.

Sildenafil works great ! The side effects for me are diarrhea, upset stomach & vision seems enhanced

I don't need it, but taking a 20mg pill does give me a confidence boost. Otherwwise, If I'm slow to get firm I think about it and it is a self fulfilling disaster. So I drop the one pill and forget about it.
