Outcall Sting chances?

Between sites like skipthegames and even tinder profiles that lead to snapchat conversations I’ve cone across several girls offering outcalls lately. I’m at a huge loss because they seem mostly legit but damn if I ain’t a bit paranoid. I’m finding myself really tempted to pull the trigger on these but I keep second guessing.

Are outcalls something they could send a cop to the address for or am I bugging? I know full well I could get scammed but if it’s legit I’m about to have some company.

In Philly- ZERO chance of cops showing. Getting burnt by scammers- 50-50 if they aren't a legit name you've seen before.

LE will never conduct a sting via outcall as they will basically be walking into an uncertain situation that puts them at risk.

Stings always done through incall where your activity and intent can be clearly established and where LE can ensure their safety.

Really doubt LE will go through a outcall sting especially in philly.. theres people getting shot everyday so their manpower and budget is focused on that..

Update: It was a scam.
Chick face-timed me to confirm she was who she said she was and then asked for a deposit of half before the visit. Against my better judgement I ponied up via apple pay.

Avoid Candy Exoticaa. She has a pornhub and tiktok where she posts videos. Found her in tinder which lead to snapchat and then texts. After paying she blocked my number. Not sure if I should even report it to my bank since… y’know.

In these instances you can always just claim it was an unauthorized charge you don't recognize. Say you think a waiter from dinner the other night might have taken down your card number. There are plenty of excuses that most card companies will accept for a charge back.

Candy scamartist won't dispute it either since she took the money under pretenses of an illegal activity and committed fraud on top of it.

But Apple pay requires a password. Won’t that kind of imply I willingly paid?

Do you think they could do a sting at a chinatown spa??

Spas/brothels are a different case. Usually an UC or informant will visit and establish illegal activity over a period of time. This will allow LE to build a case and eventually conduct a raid. LE needs to prove something is going on to some authority before they show up with those orange stickers.

OR enough complaints about an establishment could culminate in a raid.

This is different than a sting.

Krasner has made multiple statements about not going after prostitution and such not sure if he has held to the promise though. I always assumed this would make city a better city to operate in for SWers but seems like other cities are better for business still even with higher risk.

As others have said, in the current environment no. The Philly PD, District Attorney, do not care and they have bigger problems. There are 1/2 a dozen spas within a few blocks, everyone knows and no one cares. Now, 5 years from could this change? Sure. Washington DC had a lot of spas 15/20 years ago and most of them are long gone now. I will say that your odds of being "busted" in a spa raid are very low, although not non-existent. Most of the time they just arrest the workers and get the customers out of there. And even the odds of being at the spa during a raid are very low. Say the spa is open 360 hours a month and you are there 4 of those hours in a given month, that's 1.1% of the time they are open. I have been going to AMPs for 19 years and have never had an issue.

I remember back in the 90s and 2000s hearing about the spas being LE targets around election time as local pols and the DA like to grab a few headlines to show they care about quality of life issues like our hobby. But Krasner is pretty transparent that he has zero fucks to give when it comes to quality of life. His main goal is to let as many criminal out of jail as possible.

Ok, what about a robert kraft type incident with cameras inside the spa?
I doubt it. That was a real outlier. No way that judge should have granted a sneak and peak warrant to set up cameras that allowed viewing of every single person that got a massage, no way. Also, the other problem was that everyone paid cash and the only way to ID the customers without blowing the secret operation was to find a reason to pull them over for a bogus traffic violation. They have a cop on audio recording stating that the guy is a good driver so he will just make something up!

Since you're comfortable using your credit card or apple pay account for these services then I would certainly let them know you were duped and did not receive the services you paid for. You will get your money back.

Should I just phrase it as an unauthorized charge or should I flesh that story out?
