Optimum areas in Brooklyn

So, a independent lady asked me if I knew which neighborhood in Brooklyn would be best for her to set up shop for a short time.
Right now she is out near Queens and is wondering if she should come out to Brooklyn - Bed-Sty, Williamsburg or?
Where do you guys suggest she might do more business?

Probably somewhere like Sheepshead Bay or Coney Island where transportation & parking is reasonable. Bed Sty, Williamsburg are travel nightmares & Bed Sty still has its sketchy areas.
