It's been years since I could drop loads back to back, and even with pills, I'm resigned to enjoying my one and done loads and looking for any tips for making the precious single load as enjoyable as possible. If I make an appointment in the morning for an evening session (my usual routine), I end up spending all day fantasizing about it and sometimes I end up blowing my load way too early in the session. To compensate, I've squeezed out a load at home before the session, which then results in losing a lot of motivation by the time of the session, and sometimes struggling to perform during the actual session.
Best compromise I've found is to make an appointment the previous day and squeeze out some loads the night before. That way, I'm not too tempted to squeeze one out the day of the session and I'm reloaded by the time I see the girl.
I've also been watching mountains of porn and have heard that is very bad for actual sex, as I get too desensitized? Has anybody quit porn and seen better results for sex? Thanks all.
