Reading this article, I'd guess the guy's lawyer, David Golden, is going to bring a hefty lawsuit against the gung-ho police that mis-identified his client. I'd love to see it cost the county millions.

"...the thought that he was branded, and called a ‘monster’ by an institution he once held in high esteem is something he is tortured with every day,” Golden said. "
"Golden said Sandipkumar Patel was too emotional to speak. "
