I don't think I've done 2 hours straight, but I've done 2 separate hour sessions with the same provider. I like to break it up and go for a drink and flirt with girls at bars and come back when I'm recharged and more motivated. For these types of lower-tier places that are more transactional in nature, a 2-hour session with one gal might be overkill.

Multi-hour is a reasonable option if you’re intention is to engage in extended conversation and mental/ physical foreplay as precursors to sex/ moving at a more natural pace.

I think what it really is, is that I like getting reallyyyyy long bjs, but I also want to do everything else and one hour just doesn’t permit me enough time for it.

The only girl at NYAW I think can handle a 2 hour session is Bella. The other girls would get tired.

Additionally the only way I would do a multi hour at NYAW is if I knew kissing was on the table. Because then you could spend alot of filler time kissing, caressing, and getting really intimate.
