Having difficulty finding providers in the northern half of the Boro. Fulton area I guess they call it - between courthouses and Barclay's. All the ads I'm finding re Ocean Parkway or Bay Ridge. Info much appreciated.

I think you are describing what is usually called Downtown Brooklyn. Sometimes you see ads for escorts working out of a hotel there but it is pretty rare. I am not aware of any FS amps still around there but maybe some rub n tugs

Manhattan agencies and amps will probably be as or more convenient than the Brooklyn spots.
