Newb needing guidance

Hi all,

Very interesting place, this one, on the interwebs. I looked through the main stickies and could not find a guide for accronyms and services. Is there such thing? I’m in my mid thirties and Google is my friend but there are some limits to that. Also, and I guess more importantly, never been to such a place and don’t know what to expect as far as services. I understand it’ll vary place to place, but ie: is good ol’ regular procreation practice something that happens at an AMP? Thanks in advance and apologies for the vagueness, I understand privacy is paramount and trying to stay within said constraints.

Search the word "acronyms" and limit the search to just titles.

I just use urban dictionary first. I need it for translating all the stuff the kids I work with say anyway.

I do use urban and Google. Have been able to decipher most as well, just the abbreviations to the places get hard as that’s tribal knowledge.
