So, I’ve been to a few different places since the “re-open”. I’ve noticed a slight decline in service followed by the expectation of 1.2 tip. I’ve said this before, I have no issues tipping extra when it’s deserved. If we are allowing this, then we are failing each other.

I typically offer a bill to start and go from there depending on service. Now I get these crazy looks like I’ve offended them. Lol.

I'll never understand why guys voluntarily raise their own rates. The hf has been .6 for decades. Tip could have been there same. When I started there was even a place that did fs for .6

My main place is Dover and my tip will increase with girls I get familiar with and the service level increases.....Happy, Sara and Nana were more than willing to put in that extra effort for the right price after they became familiar with me. But for your standard non-gfe performance it always starts at $ and will bump to $.2 if they perform above expectations....

Right after the places started opening up I had a girl ask for 1.2 upfront and I said "no, since when?" Since that time recently, maybe because biz has picked back up here in the NJ suburbs with all the men working from home, $ has been accepted without question. I understood the initial spike to make up for lost revenue during pandemic, but not anymore. As far as I can tell, these AMPs are servicing just as much if not more than before. At least the popular places in Passaic, etc.

The providers are like everyone else. Hit hard without income and financial support. I try to do extra and knowing they also very uncomfortable with risk of catching the virus. Most are supporting children and parents back home.

Prices haven't moved in 20 years. They have a tough job. They have to deal with cheap weirdos every day. Plus Covid on top of it. I get raises every year. Don't you? Wouldn't you complain if you didnt? An extra 20 doesn't bother me. Perhaps those who complain over the difference between 120 and 100 should find another hobby.

The complaint is not about the difference of 20. It’s about the service itself. If you reduce production at work, whatever it is that you do, will you continue to get raises? You shouldn’t provide less and get paid more.

Of course you shouldn't pay more for lesser service. Unfortunately that's why most are collecting fee upfront now. Seems like things are leaning towards 120.

That would be all well and good if I were also getting a 20% raise this year but I'm not and I don't think most people are. If I get a 20% increase I have to really do something I wasn't doing before. It's like if housing costs went up 20% in price in one year. Would your answer be "I guess you shouldn't live in a home if you can't afford it."?

And let's be honest these girls are making more in a day than most of us make in a week. I know it's not easy but they were never hurting for money.

Terrible analogy. Youre comparing a hundred dollars and hundreds of thousands of dollars. Taxes, gas, electric, water, cable, repairs go up incrementally every year. AMP prices haven't really moved in twenty years.

Im sure you're more than welcome to let random guys bang you out for 10-12 hours 7 days a week. Perhaps the 20% won't bother you so much.
