I know everyone’s gonna say “yes I know Frankford and Cottman behind the ice scream place but I’m not talking about that. Next time you are at Frankford and Cottman stopped at the red light across from the herts rental car place look above the ice cream place to the 2nd floor.

I was lucky enough to pass by it today, I think the place you are referring to is called Nakki Curves...? It looks like a health and beauty shop from what I saw from the board. So it doesn't look like an AMP from the outside.
