I hate the haggle with a passion, big mood kill. I likely wasn't going to try this place anyway, I like the way MB is run but the location could be much better.

MB rear entrance is a game changer. Just did it for the first time. Convenient, inconspicuous, easy.

The Preschool moved out , "Lake Carmel " took the place .

For me, the landscape is transparent. I prefer a reliable GFE session and don't want to waste time or funds anymore.
So the new spa, at best, can only match the top spas like MB for performance and value. They dial already goes to "11".

The place looks small from the outside. I can't see it lasting. It's the only one in Lake Carmel which is covered by Kent PD. It may be the only one in Kent. If it's legit, it may last a while. But on social media people are starting to complain about all the Whore houses opening up in Putnam County. I don't know when the Sherif is up for re-election, but I guarantee He makes some high-profile arrests before the election
