Read on another blog that these 2 may have closed. Not that I’m disappointed about Mystique but T spa was always Okay in a pinch.
Curious to the truth or not more than anything else.

Mystique definitely appears to be done. Phone number has not worked since the fall and Google now lists it as permanently closed.

Not surprising really, considering some (or at least one) of the other places that are doing big business every day, to their (Mystique's) detriment.

I think the place has been on the skids for awhile, really (IMO) since the Amystika raid in Hawley a couple of years ago. Remember some of the girls used to work at both places and some of them were caught in the raid up there. It really became apparent to me when I called one night to see what time they closed. It was about 9:30 and first response was we close at 10:00. Then I said, 'ok, I guess I'll need to come by another day since it's so late' or something like that and the girl's attitude became, well, let's say, desperate: 'Oh, no, no, come on in, we'll stay open for you'. At that point I had a hunch that it wouldn't be good, so I passed.

So gone now are Cameo, After Hours, Aavalon, Body Clinic, and this place. I think the only non-AMP left in the area is Body Techs, no?

Have driven past there a few times the past few months, since Dec., and it looks closed. The main door was always open if they were in business and that hasn't been the case in awhile. The one time I passed through there was a bunch of trash out front. Not sure if it was from the spa or not couldn't tell but I think it might have been. Plus like you mentioned phone hasn't worked either.

Wasn't Mystique an outgrowth of Aavalon? Same location.

Does anyone know if Amy is still active?

Not 100% sure about the connection between the two places. Aavalon did move to that location (on Cedar St.) around 2011-2012, I think. Then for awhile I saw the place referred to interchangeably as 'Aavalon' and 'All-American Spa'. A couple years ago, I thought I saw that 'Aavalon' had moved over to Whitehall on MacArthur Blvd. (in an old tanning salon location) and then Mystique opened on Cedar St. Now both are gone.

I think for a time Amy was running Aavalon, but then went indy a few years ago. From what I remember reading, she was only seeing clients she was familiar with and was being fairly cautious about her entire operation. That was before the pandemic, I think, and I can't say I've seen any new information about her.

Would love to see her again myself, along with some of the other good ones from these places, like Shannon, Persia, or Carmen. Xstreams down by Reading also had some good ones not long before it was shut down. Kitty, Vanessa, Jasmine, and Gia spring to mind there. Geez......that seems like a lifetime ago. The non-AMP talent everywhere I've looked just seems so unappealing now.

Sorry I asked the question, lol
Due diligence was in order before posting the question but a lesson on L.V. AMP history is always welcomed.

Sorry about that. I guess I am just too wistful for the good old days.

I wish I could give an actual review of one of the remaining non-AMP places, but, man, I just can't bring myself to pay for what I am seeing either on STG or when I walk in one of them. Plus now I hear that some are giving less for your money (for example, 'mutual' isn't now what 'mutual' used to be, or you might be limited to DIY), so to me it's even more of a waste.

I had a lot of fun sessions with both Shannon and Amy, and thought both were really pretty. Carmen was fun, too. I saw her both at Aavalon and at Affinity, in Tannersville. The owner of Affinity was a very pretty woman who went by Lisa, I think. Lisa was the one who first clued me into SpaHunters. Something along the lines of, "Those idiots at SpaHunters..." lol. (She didn't appreciate the reviews!) There was another non-AMP in Tannersville, "American Dolls". The owner there was a stunningly beautiful woman who went by Crystal. She got out before the spa (and Affinity, too) was busted in 2014.
