Mongering yearly budget…

I thought golf was an expensive hobby. I never actually calculated before but I’m in the same ballpark around $30K
While I use Golf as my hobby cover, my marital status won’t allow my golfing expenses to get to $2500 or so monthly. As it is, I’m usually good for multiple SB dates a month that allows my putter to be kept clean.

I used to spend a thousand a month that’s about $12k yearly give or take couple of hundreds. Nowadays since the pandemic spend half of it.

My income is north of $150k annually and because of the pandemic I’m not traveling or spending it elsewhere so it’s not taking from other expenses.

Damn, Amateur status here, < $2,000 per year even when working. Maybe too many other more expensive hobbies, but once about every 3-5 weeks is enough.

It's kinda interesting getting an idea what others are spending to scratch the itch even though I'm sure some tend to exaggerate. What I don't understand is why anybody would talk about their annual income on a less than private site.

I tend to disagree. On the long shot the site gets hacked or Uncle Leo discovers me they will merely find I have woven and absolutely average account of what when on in my head while I received a strictly therapeutic massage only. As far as income why lie? Who are you trying to impress?
