Well, at least three of the girls have related to me over the years that they are used to seeing clients with various physical and medical issues, and that such issues are to be expected given that they see many men with their clothes off, hiding nothing. And also that their clients include many older men where the likelihood of physical issues is increased. Personally, I have a certain leg swelling issue which has never been a problem with the many many girls I've been with. I always say, for expediency, that I had a car accident. And all--yes all--of the girls didn't care and some even expressed sympathy.
That said, what you have is probably a more difficult one. I would guess a diabetes device wouldn't be much of a problem but the other one may be. It may come down to the individual girl.

I would think a cholostomy bag would be difficult for sure. But I have been wearing a CGM (continuous glucose monitor) the last couple months. It’s about a silver dollar sized hard plastic chip on my arm. Girls ask about it, and mostly want to be sure whether it can be touched or get wet. It can. Aside from that they don’t care. But comparing that to a bag is night and day.
Just go to an amp and try. One amp girl told one time she saw a really old guy who brought his own pump to get hard. Apparently BBBJ or seeing a naked girl doesn't do it for him anymore. As for the colostomy bad, make sure you emptied before you go and use a black one, if there is black one, so no one can see inside it. Trust me these girls have seen everything. Those guys with the devices and old people are probably their best clients. They treat them well and tip well as well.
I had triple bypass surgery in 2008. It was successful, but it left me with a scar about twelve inches long, right on the 50-yard line. It has faded over time, and I had some laser treatments from a dermatologist to fade it even more. Today it looks more white than red, but it's still there and always will be. But it's never caused a problem with anyone I've visited. Most don't even say anything, though they surely notice it. But the girls who ask me about it seem genuinely concerned, not grossed out. They ask if I had a heart attack (I didn't), and just sense they should treat me a little more carefully. So they don't lean on it too hard or touch it too directly, even when they're sliding naked on top of me. I'm sorry for your medical troubles, but you'll probably make out OK.
