Mongering vacation after vaccine?

So....I recently got my first dose of vaccine and figure by March I will be immune. Thinking of going on a mongering trip for a long weekend.

With Covid still going on, what is a good place to go? Requirements would be -

1. Open to US travelers
2. Mongering is not shut down completely
3. No quarantine requirements there or back

Any ideas? Where would you go?

If I could safely do it because I'd gotten the vaccine, I'd get the f outta dodge for a week. Maybe Colombia or Costa Rica or DR...pretty sure these require a negative C19 test within 2-3 days of departure. I'd want to bring the vaccine passport app and cards for re-entry. You gotta check the travel websites because requirements are fluid.

Damn, I bet the providers are drooling for customers.

I think Thailand is pretty much a shadow of its former self; been reading that most of the WG have gone back to their hometowns due to no customers in BKK or Pattaya, so it may not be much fun right now.

The businesses are opening again, the ones that aren’t permanently closed. More girls will return when the tourists return, I’m sure. And other businesses will open to replace the closed ones.

Does anyone have any feedback regarding DR? I've almost pulled the trigger on buying tickets twice in the last week. I've never traveled outside the states to monger before and I'm nervous about it. I was planning on flying into SD then next day taking a bus up to Sousa for 3 days then back to SD for the last night. I can't imagine it's that busy down there right now and I was planning on going without hotel reservations so I can pick out places to stay while I'm there

SD has more beautiful women. You pick them at the casas (whorehouses). It’s 3,500 pesos for the whole night (you pick them up at 9pm, they spend the night with you and they leave the next morning at around 11am).

A bus ride from SD to Sosua is 4 hours. You’ll meet plenty of cute girls in the bus. Take only either Caribe Tours or Metro. Don’t take any other bus. The bus arrives to Puerto Plata so you will then need to grab another bus from Puerto Plata to Sosua (10-minute ride). This bus makes a stopover in Santiago and in my opinion, the most beautiful women are in Santiago.

The quality of girls in Sosua is not good. Most of them are streetwalkers and they do drugs. So I don’t recommend this area.

Do you speak any Spanish?

I checked with the Korean Consulate in New York City and they told me that once you take the vaccine, the two-week mandatory quarantine is waived.

I know construction spanglish so enough to curse someone out and start a fight. That's why I'm on the fence about going. I considered going to blackbeards for a few days as well, but if I can hook up in SD for 3,500 a night I'd rather play the trip on easy mode that way I don't have to spend all day mongering and can actually go find a beach to relax on.

It will be hard to rest and relax at a beach in Sosua. Many girls (streetwalkers), vendors (especially shoe shine guys), and other locals will bother you throughout the day. You will be bothered every ten minutes.

If you really want to rest and relax at a nice beach then I recommend you find a nice local girl and both of you go to Juan Dolio. And by going together, you only need to pay the local price to enter the beach instead of the overpriced tourist price. The beaches here are very nice, clean and quiet.

Getting my first dose this Saturday and booked a trip to Brazil for memorial day weekend. The dollar is strong and at least 5:1. You can get 9s and 10s for $60-120 an hour. Hope they relax travel restrictions with proof of vaccination.

I think I have my trip figured out now and I appreciate any advice you've shared. I'm planning on flying into STI on a Monday and staying at blackbeards for 2 nights just to score some guaranteed chicas on easy mode. I figure if I knock a few down without putting forth much effort as soon as I hit the ground I'll be in a better place mentally to up my game outside the resort. From there I may or may not go to Sosua for a night, then head down to SD and fly home out of SDQ stateside Friday. I'm not planning on bringing anything other than a backpack with a change of clothes since I can just pick some up while I'm there.

Costa Rica may be a good choice.

You do not need to quarantine.

You have to buy travel insurance to cover cost if you get sick.

I think they are trying to be as BAU as possible.

You should write up a trip report in the Private Forum while the experience is still fresh in your mind. It will help us all better understand what post-vaccine monger vacation looks like in DR given the state of the pandemic.

A few months ago I booked a vacation to NYC for this fall. I'm from SF, so the idea of travelling to another place at a fraction of the normal cost appeals to me.

All of you New Yorkers will be in exotic locations mongering in post covid mode, leaving the lovelies in Manhattan for me. New York is my second favorite city, and I will monger with the pride of being a part of New York's recovery.
I suggest that you do the same for the Bay Area, show your love at 160 for Corgs and 240 for Korgs. Not much in the way of AMPs here but why would one travel all that distance for a HJ?

2 Bros and Ray's pizza, nothing like that here. Gem Spa was my go to place for egg creams but it closed---nobody in SF (aside from NY transplants) understands that Fox's U-Bet chocolate syrup, seltzer from a fountain are essential for a decent egg cream. Fuggedaboutit.
We got lots of great food here but nothing like those simple pleasures. If any of you have suggestions for where to get a decent egg cream in lower Manhattan I'd appreciate it.
