It’s hard to recommend specific hotels as it depends heavily on the ADR within the area. If one hotel decided their room are worth $300+, the rest in the neighborhood will follow, and vice versa (unless it’s a really shitty hotel, which is easy to tell via reviews from Booking.com & Expedia & TripAdvisor)
