Hi All, Just want to ask for a long time. What you guys do for the extra-long lasting. Just want to make sure we get value for the money we pay. I am almost 40 trying to find what you guys to keep you fit on that and able to do multiple MSOG. Please let me know what you guys do like any supplement or any other natural thing. Thanks in advance, I hope this thread will be helpful for others as well.

I have only been able to explode once during a session and this has been since I started mongering in my 20s which was twenty plus years ago. Guessing Viagra or not having any nookie for almost a month could help your chances?

There's an old saying about porn. It goes something like, the definition of porn is something you lose all interest in after ejaculating. With sex, it pretty much works the same way. After 1 go, I'm good.

Its not to say, i cant wait 10 minutes, look up DIFFERENT porn, and relive the experience. But in the setting of MSOG, its with the same girl so my brain has already disengaged.

If a place wanted to be innovative, they would offer 1 hr msog with a halftime switchoff. Unfortunately, travel to Europe or Asia seems to be required for that kind of experience.

Just saw this, so sorry for not replying earlier. Everyone’s body and mind is different, but since I was almost always able to fire twice in an hour’s session until I was 70, and still can when the provider and my mood align, I thought I would offer the relatively simple reasons I think I have been able to enjoy the great feeling of the slow, sweet buildup to a second orgasm even as its explosiveness has tapered off as I age.

For the last 30 years, I have tried to limit red meat, refined sugars and between meal snacks, though I still like an occasional good steak. I try to cycle 10+ miles at least five times a week, and do light weight work daily for tone. In the last 10 years I try to practice yoga at least three times a week. With the combination of diet and exercise, my weight is the same as it was 55 years ago when I was playing sports in high school, and my lung capacity and limberness have stayed at acceptable levels, though I am definitely feeling older! Most importantly, I have regularly used a mental performance technique I picked up when trying to improve my golf swing by visualizing a perfect stroke (pun intended) and applying it to sex, where I imagine and visualize the pleasure an upcoming session will bring, making sure I do this until I reach a sustained erection, at least three times before texting a PO. In my pregame, I make sure I arrive with sufficient time to do this imagination exercise one more time, and when I feel my dick get fully hard in anticipation, I know it will be a good session.

I really am lucky, and to this point, I have always been able to get hard and come to climax at my now weekly AAMP visits, and sometimes my second erection can be sustained to a blissful second pop in an hour.

Do you want multiple pops or to last longer before popping?

If multiple pops are your goal than that's all about doing enough cardio, eating right, getting in the right head space, and controlling yourself enough during the first pop so that you don't cum too hard and are still horny enough to start round two.

If you just want to last longer that's as simple as not using any lube or lotion whenever you jerk off.

I mean it. If all you want is to last longer and still have it feel good, stop using any kind of lubricant when you jack off.

The natural sweat in your hands will be just enough so you don't hurt yourself and you will definitely built up lasting power.

And it won't just be because your skin is less sensitive. Because you aren't using lube, you're going to become really aware of the different areas of your dick and the exact areas that need to be hit to make you pop.

So during a session, you can focus on the sensations in specific less sensitive areas in order to last longer while still throwing it like a champ.

After about a month you should be able to control yourself to the point where you can time your pop to hit just as her phone timer rings.

And since you've been holding out for the entire session and aren't trying to save up for a second pop, you can completely let yourself go when you finish.

Seriously, I've actually scared some providers with my finishes! They thought I was having a seizure!
