Parque lleras is an area. It's pretty much the area where a lot of the bars/clubs are. Also where all of the girls stand around. If you YouTube Parque Lleras night life, you'll see it. They actually did construction on it, and the area looks much nicer than it did on my previous visits. From what my friend told me, it use to be a park and it was surrounded by all the clubs/bars, but they closed it up and did construction on it. I never saw the original place, I only started going after they started doing construction.
Also what ThisGuy99 said is true, your best bet is to get a place with a security guard, or where they do ID checks for your guests. I have had friends drugged and robbed there, hasn't happen to me personally. Just make sure whatever place you get is "guest friendly". You'll be safer in the long run.

In cartagena there were girls on the clock tower but we mostly picked up girls from dolce which is a club (not strip club) . It was a known club of working girls and just that.

I took panama off my list because I heard it's more expensive then medellin with prices.

Allow me to offer one other option for "fun down south" - Puerto Rico.
Among its PLUSES are - short commute (3 1/2, 4 hours tops), no need for a passport, and the locals (AMERICAN citizens, mind you!) speak English.
It's relatively affordable (in comparison to mongering in the States).
The "girls" are mostly from either the DR or locals.
If ya wanna go the "bargain" rate, I would search out the massage parlors, much like the AMPs here, only staffed with HOT Latinas.
Ironically, I discovered the whole scene by ACCIDENT.
