Yeah. I caught a glimpse of her too and didn't find her attractive. Lol after my appointment, PO called and asked me what I thought about her. I think the PO purposely tells her to standby when customers walk in, hoping to get some business for her.

Tiffany is Taiwanese late 40s to early 50s. Tiffany was Elsa at Diana

Alice is from mainland China shorter and probably late 30s to early 40s.
